- Before retrying to upload your ad please make sure you clear all your browser saved data and check that your JavaScript is turned on.
- Please try using the using Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox browser and that it is up to date with latest versions.
- Ensure that your JavaScript and FlashPlayer files are enables and up-to-date.
- Please make sure your pop-up blocker is switched off and your firewall is not set too high.
- Please also make sure you don't have any additional add-ons that may be causing some issues (ie: Ad Block Plus) running in your browser as this has been reported to cause some issues for some users.
- If you are still having issues, please try using a different browser to see if the problem persists.
- Once you have done this try uploading your ad again.
